About the Enchantment
The Island of Nantucket hosts an annual Christmas Stroll to welcome in the holiday season. It's 1945, the war is now over and our military has now returned home. Nantucket's Cottage hospital is where our wounded Sailors are recuperating.
During the war, the village ceased its annual stroll in support of war efforts. This year, the stroll has been re-established gifting these sailors the spirit of the holiday and celebrating their return home.

We lost a major player of this production just a week before opening night. It was a great shock to the entire team and community. Dave Hymes was our storyteller. He was an experienced showman in his younger life. As a retired professional, he put his ever-polished skills back on the stage.
As a dedicated contributor in previous productions here in Seabreeze, he always gave it his all. The Seabreeze Players are dedicating this show to Dave, his wonderful wife Stephanie and family. He will be greatly missed.
