ABOUT THE SEABREEZE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION
Responsible for representing the Mobile Homeowners to negotiate for, acquire, and operate the mobile home park should the park be sold to the Homeowners Association. The association and its directors will be responsible for creating a cooperative for the purpose of offering cooperative units for sale or lease.
ANNUAL DUES
$25.00 per mobile home unit.
CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT
$100.00 — A one-time contribution to park acquisition contingency fund of Seabreeze Homeowners Incorporated. This fund is specifically set up for starting the process of purchasing the park should the owner has offered it up for sale.
NOTICE OF HOA MEETINGS DATES
Meetings are held 2nd Wednesday of each month, November through April. Meetings are held at Seabreeze Clubhouse at 9:00 AM. There is an annual membership and election meeting the 2nd Saturday in February. Notice of any changes will be posted in the Clubhouse and on our Seabreeze News & Updates Facebook page. All meetings are open for your attendance and participation is welcomed.
Seabreeze Homeowner’s Association Officers consist of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. In addition, there are 5 Directors.
HOA COMMITTEES
NOMINATING COMMITTEE This committee contacts individual Homeowner’s Association members who have shown an interest in becoming directors and members who the committee feel would be good candidates. For any upcoming directors positions. This committee explains the duties of the director positions, which will include informing members of the by-laws and Florida statue 723.
ACQUISITION COMMITTEE This committee contacts new homeowners and explains the responsibilities that the homeowner association has and requests the $100.00 bond per mobile home. This is a one-time contribution to the contingency fund which is needed to be used whenever the park is offered for sale to the association. A certificate is issued, and this contribution may be refunded due to the death of the contributor or the sale of the unit.
DUES COLLECTION COMMITTEE This committee works with Residents Association Committee and collects the annual dues for both the residents and the Homeowners Association once a year.
HOMEOWNERS COMMITTEE This committee meets with the park owner on matters, such as lot rent increase and proper upkeep of all common ground facilities and any matters of concern of the mobile homeowners, which have not been resolved by them and the park owner.
